I own 2011 Prius purchased out of state and was told by current service manager no idea why it melted but implied it was because we had purchased where we purchased and that the other dealer was doing something wrong. Then charged us forty dollars to tighten a bulb. Very unprofessional and rude Plainly stated that his priority lays with who purchases from his dealership. No apologies . Not who I would choose to have as a part of my team Toyota! More

Great Experience revised. We had two old cars, a 1998 Olds 88LS with 85,000 mile and a 2005 Toyota Matrix with 28,700 miles. My wife loved the ride of the Olds, but was leery o We had two old cars, a 1998 Olds 88LS with 85,000 mile and a 2005 Toyota Matrix with 28,700 miles. My wife loved the ride of the Olds, but was leery of a breakdown and did not like the ride of the Matrix. At our age, we only need one car and we stopped at the Toyota dealer to look for a nice, comfortable and low maintenance vehicle. I researched many cars via the web and went to three dealers prior to our visit. As we were walking into the dealership, a fine young gentleman was headed out to the lot. He stopped and asked if he could help us. He was a salesman, Roger Thompson. Roger took us for a ride in a new Camry LE and let my wife drive. I am wheelchair bound and do not drive. She liked the car, especially its safety factors and ride. Roger did not pressure us, but gave us time to think and compare more cars. We called him the next day and he had our trade-ins appraised and gave us a surprisingly low sales cost. The $1,250 rebate helped and we signed a contract. He cleaned out our cars and had the new Camry ready when we arrived. We signed the papers and maintenance plan with the sales manager, Tyler Ratledge. He too was polite and answered all questions completely. I will buy our next car at Toyota of Cleveland and ask for Roger again who is a fine example as a Christian man of faith and a courteous gentleman. Thank you, Roger and Tyler for making our purchase easy and pleasant. More

We took a test drive in a RAV 4 and got all the information I needed on that trip. Back home, I visited my local dealership and won't go into how aggravated I was with them, so returned to Cleveland to purchase my car. Brad was never pushy, was very informative and personable. We immediately felt at ease with Brad.. We felt like he was someone you could trust right off the bat. This dealership does not play silly games with prices. I felt like I got a wonderful deal on my trade-in and a great deal on a great car. Everything was explained to me and the manager (Monte') even came over and introduced himself. The finance person (JR) was friendly and thorough. I just felt really good about the purchase and how I was treated and that means so much to me. Maybe I might just name my car BRAD (like on tv, lol) Thank you all! More
