Excellent customer service! I had been trying to purchase a new Toyota for a couple of months. I purchased a new Toyota for my son in March, 2015 after my grandson purchased a n I had been trying to purchase a new Toyota for a couple of months. I purchased a new Toyota for my son in March, 2015 after my grandson purchased a new Camry from the same dealer in November of 2014. I thought a third purchase with the same dealer would be a breeze. I was absolutely exhausted by the time I contacted Cleveland Toyota. I spoke with Roger Thompson over the phone and he provided excellent customer service. While we were working via phone, we had a family emergency. By the time I was able to get to the dealership, Roger was on vacation and Brad Doty handled the transaction. Brad was very considerate of my time and under the circumstances, that was a real priority for me. All the staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Its a car but yet the experience was priceless. I must say, when I came to the dealership, I was not sure what I wanted but had some idea of a SUV or 4 door car. Soon as I laid my eyes on the new wheels, I knew she was mine. Everything flowed, just like butter, I am so excited and blessed to know that no matter where Brad Doty goes he brings a warm smile and humility and a heart for people that is no where else to be found.
