While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts about the 1997 Rave 4 sport that I had been looking at for almost a year. Purchasing it just seemed out of reach for me. Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More

Friday when I arrived at the dealership for the warranty work I was met with a smile and invited to take advantage of the waiting area, coffee and other cold drinks along with the delicious smell of popcorn. The Liaison visited with me, asking what I thought of my Matrix. I love it. My Service Advisor informed me that I will need front brakes when I come in for the next service appointment. I depend on Cleveland Toyota to keep me informed and take care of the needs of my 2009 Matrix. More
