Had 2 recall items done. I am very impressed with Toyota of Cleveland's Service Department. It is clean, organized, plenty of seating and has nice clean restrooms (2 of the to I am very impressed with Toyota of Cleveland's Service Department. It is clean, organized, plenty of seating and has nice clean restrooms (2 of the toilets wouldn't stop flushing). They offer water, soda, coffee (and other hot drinks) and popcorn while you wait. Phillip from the sales department saw me sitting there for a long time (3 1/2 hrs) and asked if I needed anything. He was really nice. I found out there is a car wash you can drive your car through on your way out (or he said one of the service department guys could do it for me). It is on the opposite side of the bldg. from the service department - you don't need a code, just drive up until the machine starts and put your car in neutral. It is great they offer free Wi-Fi. I have a suggestion - have computers on the counter by the refreshments for customer to use (so they don't use up the battery on their cell phone). More

Oil Filter Change Under Extended Protection Plan I was impressed with the service since I showed up early and they got the car in right away. Secondly they washed the car because I asked. The only thing I would have liked was for them to vacuum the front floor boards since they had some pebbles on them This helps protect the carpet and the resale of the car someday since the carpet would last longer. The young woman who greeted me at I pulled in the service bay pulled up my car's history and sent me to lobby where she mentioned snack and a complimentary chair massage would be provided. I set aside 2 hours for the lengthy services needed. I was updated in less than an hour by Anthony Durbin to allow me some choices for other items that needed attention. My husband and I have purchased many new vehicles from this dealership, and one of the reasons we keep going back is their service department. In my book, they are top notch. More
