I brought my truck in early for an appointment that was scheduled for next week. The service advisor was able to pull the repair in even though it was my mistake. The technician that was assigned the r scheduled for next week. The service advisor was able to pull the repair in even though it was my mistake. The technician that was assigned the repair showed integrity and attention to detail when he saw there was an issue with one of the parts and got a new one rather than installing the part that had the issue. The service advisor and technician that completed the work were awesome to deal with. More
