I wasn't expecting the problems the we found, but Justin was helpful in answering my questions, getting things I needed out of my car, and arranging a "loaner". Ian worked well to correct an appointment mix up very well. I was scheduled for a "drop off" but intended to "wait" for service. Steve was very prompt with getting me scheduled for a test drive! I walked in with the intent to just look and walked out with the keys to my new car! I told him I wanted to keep my car payment as low as test drive! I walked in with the intent to just look and walked out with the keys to my new car!
