We came to Toyota of DM because our son wanted to look at the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pr the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pressured in any way, our questions were answered politely and completely, sometimes before we could ask them. When we asked about how to get the Scion XB, Steve provided comparisons for buying and leasing and explained the pros and cons of both. Our decision to lease was an easy one to make, and Steve guided us through the process, introducing us to the finance manager who was also pleasant and low pressure. Overall, it was an excellent experience - I've never had such a pleasant and enjoyable sales encounter in my life. Everyone we met at Toyota of DM made us feel like we were among old friends. Bottom line - we leased our Scion XB, and our son leased the Scion XB RS, and we are all very happy. More
