Blake was very good in getting me in when I was going to be late for my appointment. We had to order parts, so the truck stayed overnight. But that was just fine. The lady making my appointment was not the best. It took me 4 times explaining what was going on before she got it understood. Tha day of my appointment my truck would not go more than 30 mph, so I had to get a tow. When I called around 7:50, the lady who answered the phone said I had a 15 minute grace period or I would lose my appointment. The tow would not make it there by 8:15. She then said I would have to reschedule for a week later. This was disappointing. Fortunately, Blake called me back an hour or so later and said they would be able to squeeze me in and they did!! Other than that, everything was good! Thanks!! More
