John was obviously not interested in being pleasant. He was "owly". When I went pay he just walked whaaay ahead of me. No conversation.....out the door across the drive area to his bench. When I asked him if they " changed" the oil or did just say it needed to be chenged....hecreplied in a low monotone voice ....but gruff "I didn't say that. I paid. He gave me a car wash card. I told him the last one I got was no good would he replace it .? He said No. One to a customer. Although when I first pulled up I had two of the old car wash cards and the very very courteous greeter lady said ...oh give me those...I will get you two good ones. His attitude was so cold I forgot my 20% off coupon. My husband(passed) and my son and my friend Pat Headley have bought and serviced their cars (4) or more there for years. They give me the car wash cards. I always call Ian who is very courteous. I don't think I will come in again Nor will I refer you. More

Vehicle had warning light to see dealer. Made an appointment for the next week at 8 am and didn’t get a call about the repairs until 2 pm. This Toyota dealership is turning into a Deery dealership with their service. More
