Hank was friendly, quick to respond to emails and helpful during visit. There is a girl named Maria Arroyo we talked about what I wanted to do in maintenance to my car and she offer me an extra service value in $517 well I said no from the beginning and that was because I didn’t wanted to do in maintenance to my car and she offer me an extra service value in $517 well I said no from the beginning and that was because I didn’t have that amount in my pocket. Once I got back to pick up my car they were charging me those $517 and I said why ... ? I went back to to talked to Maria Arroyo and she answer with her attitude “you gotta pay because you sign already “ in that moment I felt so bad because literally I blind signed that paper. Obviously she knew what she did. She took advantage and I swear that is not the first time she do that to a customer I requested a copy of that paper and I went to talked with other person and he helped me a lot. Thanks to him and God bless him so much. PLEASE whoever is reading this pay attention and be careful. Maria Arroyo doesn’t deserve to be working with customer service.
