Abraham was a great Customer service representative and very patient with me, that's the least I can say. Toyota standards have lowered and they are making mass produced vehicles that have no comparison to very patient with me, that's the least I can say. I'm disappointed with the Camry I purchased last October from a different Toyota dealership, I won't even go back to the other Toyota dealership, I feel like they undervalued my business with them and this is why I started coming to Toyota of downtown LA, they are genuine and I appreciate their service standards.
