Alex was fantastic and helped us find the perfect Rav4. Given the times and all the car shortages, it was a miracle to find a car let alone to have a good experience at a dealership. Price gouging. ..I contacted the dealer and was told that I Must pay $3,000 more then the MSRP ( Feb 2022). during COVID (2020) there was toiled paper shortage and o ..I contacted the dealer and was told that I Must pay $3,000 more then the MSRP ( Feb 2022). during COVID (2020) there was toiled paper shortage and other, but the Supermarket did not price gouges. Why? Because Supermarket value Customer's then $$$. but this dealer prefer $$$ over Customer's value. very sad. More
