Mario, the Sales Manager, was personal, professional and completely genuine. He was able to quickly and accurately assess my needs. I was test driving a Highlander within a half hour and fell in LOVE with it. Paul, my Salesman, expedited my financing and paperwork flawlessly!! He was also very sweet, warm and completely professional. I was able to drive in the dealership, have my lease bought out, test drive a car and drive away in 3 hours! I got a phenomenal price and was able to pick my car out right off their massive fleet of cars! No waiting whatsoever!
