I pay $210 dollars for them to do a digianostic. on my vehicle. The up date was not the reason why my check engine light was on.the very next day the light came back on. More

I took it back and they had my vehicle for 3 days and then tell me to take it to the dealer because they don't know what is wrong with my vehicle. They didn't know what the code mean so they charge me for nothing because they didn't do nothing to my vehicle. I pay toyota $210 for diagnostic test and then when i took it to lexus that was $245 for diagnostic again because they cannot use the one from Toyota. Some of the reason why the check engine light was coming on they should have seen that at Toyota. Anyway I will never go back there

I just learn a lesson because on the end it cost me more money. But my vehicle is at the Lexus Dealer getting the properwork done.you apologize but thats not helping me at all i pay $210 for nothing because the update was not the problem with my Lexus. I think i should get at least half my money back because you did not do nothing to my vehicle

My name is Andrea Ottley and I brought my 2016 Lexus RX 350 on 1/18/2024 because my check engine light came on.they said the diagnostic saying it's a soft ware up date it needed.. The very on the 1/19/24 the check engine light came back on.I called and let them know the light is back on again. I brought it back on 1/20/24 and they kept it until 1/23/24 and told me that I can come pick up my Lexus because they don't know what is wrong with it that I need to take it to the dealer. So I took it to the Valencia Lexus dealer...the diagnostic shows $5,000 Worth of work that they should have seen when they did the diagnostic test..my email is 661-416-4297 and my email is andreaottley14@yahoo.com

Thank you for your quick response. Melissa has called my husband and she is working on giving us our options, which is very much appreciated. Andrew has texted us, apologizing for his late response and asked if we have already been assisted by the service department. My husband informed him that he has been in communication with Melissa. However, Andrew has not addressed our request for the status of our FOB mechanical key, which my husband reminded him again. Andrew has been aware of this question since the day we purchased our vehicle and he had told us, several times, that he will look into it. Unfortunately, we still don't have an answer. We're aware that we didn't respond to the review earlier; we were enjoying our vehicle! Then the issue with the scratch came up and brought it to Andrew's attention, adding the FOB mechanical key question we had. We thought this was a minor problem and will be quickly resolved so we can write a glowing review. Unfortunately, it took our review to get action on the scratch, but still don't have an answer regarding our FOB mechanical key. If anyone else can assist us with the FOB mechanical key, we would appreciate any assistance we can get. Thank you.
