Best Toyota Dealer I’ve Visited! I stoped at this Toyota dealer while traveling out-of-state due to a “burning smell” I intermittently smelled coming from my vehicle. It was mid-afte I stoped at this Toyota dealer while traveling out-of-state due to a “burning smell” I intermittently smelled coming from my vehicle. It was mid-afternoon when I stopped at this dealer and was afraid that I would not be able to get my vehicle checked out that day. One of the service emoloyees, Joey, understood my situation and wanted to make sure I was not stranded. He was able to work my vehicle in. The mechanic (cannot remember his name but was very professional) and Joey met with me a short time later to explain that my parking brake was adjusted too tight. They also discovered a loose bolt that secured the alternator. Had they not discovered the loose bolt (they took a picture of it to show me) I would probably would have lost my alternator on this trip. Note: I just had my vehicle serviced, brake pads replaced and parking brake adjusted at my local dealer. They readjusted my parking brake, tightened the alternator bolt and did a quick check over of my vehicle and got me on my way again. It is because of caring, friendly and professional people such as Joey and this mechanic is why we will probably travel out-of-state to this dealership to purchase our next Toyotas next summer when we retire. Thank you! More

Stevie and Anthony are a great team! We always buy our new cars via the Costco Auto Program because I do not like when random people approach me as soon as I park a car in the dealer lot.
