I waited in my car for a while without any acknowledgement, the service tech was not friendly, probably not having a good day. I tried to get his opinion on what was recommended for my vehicle acknowledgement, the service tech was not friendly, probably not having a good day. I tried to get his opinion on what was recommended for my vehicle and he was really stand offish. Never got a call to let me know my vehicle was ready, I just showed up and paid. Waited a while to pay too! I will not be going back to the Lancaster Toyota. I'll just drive further to hopefully get better service. More

The service was phenomenal, I forgot to make an appointment and went as a walk-in and they accommodated me super quick! Gilbert Gabriel?
