On April 12 th I brought my Toyota tacoma to get serviced and an alignment done. The alignment was fine but the tires weren’t rotated the battery was not replaced in my key and that makes me wonder if any or and an alignment done. The fluid in my transmission was to be replaced both also the transfer case and both differentials. I can tell the alignment was done by the way it drove but as to the rest I don’t know if any of it was done. And after the service I was left sitting outside without being informed my service was completed. I paid over 1,200$ cash for a service that was not done. And the cabin air filter was supposed to be replaced and the coolant system flushed and I believe the rest of fluids checked and filled if necessary. If the little things could t be finished or even done at all I doubt the rest was even done. Good hustle you guys got going on there. Charge people who trust in the Toyota name for quality service and then charge them for not doing it. If you would have done a good job I would tell anybody who asked how good it was, now I’ll tell anybody who will listen that I was taken for a fool by your service center and charged accordingly for my ignorance. I know the tires weren’t rotated because there was a screw in the front passenger side tire. And it was still there after I left your service center. Tired not rotated. I did not notice any marks to see if any wrenches were applied to my transmission or transfer case or differentials. THAT was my main goal to come to your establishment. THAT and the alignment. At least you aligned it for me. Kinda hard to hide that. As for the rest only God Nd the service technician know that. Thank you for giving me a very poor experience at Toyota of Lancaster. Like I said if I would have had a good experience I would tell people about it, but with the unprofessional and poor service experience I’ll make sure to let any and everybody who will lend me an ear to the awful one.
