Service is ok, they forgot to reset the service meter on my car the last 2 times we went AND didn't put a sticker for tracking our next service date. This location also isn't connected to the online managem my car the last 2 times we went AND didn't put a sticker for tracking our next service date. This location also isn't connected to the online management system for maintenance that Toyota offers so you can't schedule without calling in or going to their specific website (their website is terrible, it's booked wrong dates or service every time I've tried so we just call). The work done is fine, but there are other locations that are better, offer the app booking / management for maintenance and will clean your car after service. Overall fine if it's all you have but I'd recommend trying another Toyota service location if you can. More

Decent. Won’t try to solve an issue before warranty is expired. Once warranty is expired, then they noticed the problem you complain about. 2nd oil change at Won’t try to solve an issue before warranty is expired. Last oil change at 20k miles and now that warranty is finished, my tire is leaking and must get fixed. Only reason two star is nice reception. More
