Used a coupon for an oil change and had them do a tire rotation as well. When the service writer wrote it up, the code for the coupon stated it included a tire rotation. When I went to pay, I asked the se rotation as well. When the service writer wrote it up, the code for the coupon stated it included a tire rotation. When I went to pay, I asked the service writer why I was charged for the tire rotation. He stated that he forgot to take it off of the coupon. If the code included a tire rotation then why would he be required to remove it and charge me? More

I hate this place. I dread coming here. The service department sucks, they always have a 2-4 hour wait just for an oil change, they always have attitudes, and even wors I dread coming here. The service department sucks, they always have a 2-4 hour wait just for an oil change, they always have attitudes, and even worse, the manager always has an attitude too. Still awaiting a replacement part almost a year later. Don’t even bother making an appointment, they take forever with that even when you’re on time. You’ll still have to sit there for almost an hour even when you have an appointment, just to get checked in. More
