They took my nissan armada in for wheel alignment even it's not toyota and precisely completed the job even with no appointment at all. Not satisfied had car for 17 days it has a defective part can't drive, I was told the part will not be available until 8/31/24, I was also told by U.B. the service manager that Toyota do not give customers r can't drive, I was told the part will not be available until 8/31/24, I was also told by U.B. the service manager that Toyota do not give customers rental/ loan cars to customers, I had to go above U.B. and speak to a manager about my issue and I was given a rental, I'm not satisfied with paying a $13,000 down payment for a Brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross SUV that I CANNOT drive, just paid a second car note and I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed, so this customer is not happy at all and I want the GENERAL Manager to know that, I purchased my car on 6/29/24 and it's been at the service center since 7/19/24, I discovered the leak on 7/17/24 took it to service on 7/18/24 and was told by U.B. it was safe to drive and it's not safe to drive the leak was worse that next day 7/19/24 I took it back and that's when I had to speak to a manager about my concerns and what I was told the day before by the service manager U.B. and of course they understood my concerns and agreed with me, to be honest I'm not really comfortable with that car because it's a Brand new car and as far as I'm concerned nothing should be wrong with the car, I'm still waiting for my car and today is 8/2/24. More
