We bought our Sienna from Toyota of Lancaster in 2018. We've been bringing it back for regular maintenance ever since. We find the Service Dept to be reliable and efficient, and mostly reasonably priced, We've been bringing it back for regular maintenance ever since. We find the Service Dept to be reliable and efficient, and mostly reasonably priced, too. But every once in awhile our Sienna needs a major part replaced or a major service that can get a little pricey. The good news is the Service Dept workers always do good work and everyone there is courteous. We also appreciate the comfortable waiting lounge with fresh food to order sandwiches / snacks, plus the free coffee! Thank you Toyota of Lancaster! More
