Excellent buying experience. My shopping experience began at a competing dealership. After several days of being given the run around, I was told that my vehicle was ready and th My shopping experience began at a competing dealership. After several days of being given the run around, I was told that my vehicle was ready and the deal was approved. I arrived to take delivery and learned that I was misled and an attempt was made to force me to take possession of a vehicle without the features agreed upon and in a different (undesirable) color. I rejected that "deal" and left very angry about being treated so poorly and lied to. I immediately called Toyota of Louisville and connected with Tim. He was attentive, knowledgable, respectful and thorough. He located exactly the vehicle that I wanted. When I explained the deal struck with the other dealership, Tim reviewed the figures and pointed out errors they made. He then beat the other dealer's terms with no unnecessary haggling. I took delivery within about 2 hours of calling and meeting Tim. My experience with Toyota of Louisville, Tim and Mr. Swope (the GM) was second to none. They have earned my business and I will refer friends and family there in the future. JOHN EMPLOYEE of the year I do not trust dealerships but John in the service department is an exceptions to all the rules. At least for me is a man of intrigrity and for that I do not trust dealerships but John in the service department is an exceptions to all the rules.
