Bobby was great, helpful, courteous, etc. Toyota of Naperville is a non-pressure, helpful, clean and spacious dealership...unlike some other Toyota dealerships in the western Chicago suburbs; I was sur Naperville is a non-pressure, helpful, clean and spacious dealership...unlike some other Toyota dealerships in the western Chicago suburbs; I was surprised; seamless processes. Bobby facilitated all aspects of the purchase. No tacky "car salesperson" tricks either by Bobby or anyone else. [See the movie "Used Cars" for laughs -- Toyota Naperville no where near the depiction in that movie.] This is my 3rd car in as about so many weeks (a Ford Fusion, then a Ford Escape, then the RAV4)...should have gone back to Toyota on June 24 2021 trade-in of my 2016 Corolla, but wanted to purchase a Ford as had one in the mountains of CO (2010-2013)...what was I thinking??? (Not much apparently.) Sales manager Casey was great but not so much the other person.
