Ilene was awesome from start to finish. While we started off thinking about buying a new car, as we contemplated our options and situation, we wanted to broaden our options to different used cars too. Ilene really worked for us to reserve vehicles we were interested in, and showed us all the features of each car. All in all I think we came back and forth 3 times to look at and test drive different cars. As a family of 5, she was able to relate to what we were looking for in a car, and we ended up buying a used 2017 Toyota Sienna that we love and know will serve our family well for many years!
