We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. We made an appointment and drove 30 miles to get here. She was not friendly, she was in a huge hurry and didn’t try to please us at all. She refused to hear us out and after 20min with her we didn’t even get her name or a card after we left. I had to look her up online. Which is where we also found Jaime. We only went back to this dealership because we wanted to prove to the management that no matter how busy you are, you should hear out your customers and make them feel like they’re worthy of your time, even if you don’t make a sale!
