I had the pleasure to meet several staff members at Naperville Toyota. Let me start by saying that I have never dealt with such positive enthusiasm by 2 specific staff members (Jamie Abrego & Eren Gonz Naperville Toyota. The moment I walked into the dealer, Jaime greeted my family & me to what I like to call PROFESSIONALISM with a smile. Jaime was very polite & made sure that the vehicle we wanted was there within their inventory. The best part was that there was no going back & forth with my trade in nor the vehicle I was purchasing. Everything ran smooth & with ease. Jamie went above & beyond of what was expected of a salesperson. It is with pleasure and assurance that Naperville Toyota is lucky to have Jaime Abrego as one of there employees because he is a strong asset to them. The last step was to close the deal with Eren Gonzalez. Eren made sure that everything we wanted or needed was done with simplicity. Eren was very specific in the process and that we were satisfied. Eren’s character resembled the aspects of what Naperville Toyota is about: very positive, her attention to detail was very on point, highly motivated & completed the mission. It is with high gratitude that I say that Naperville Toyota is also lucky to have an employee of high Caliber like Eren. She was very knowledgable and helpful without applying any sales pressure. The tour of the service department, where we met James, instilled confidence as we maintain the car moving forward. Rich in the financing office was straightforward and efficient in getting the paperwork processed. Again, there was no sales pressure for unnecessary add-ons.
