On our first visit, we arrived late in the day, about 5:00 p.m. and had a signed deal for a car by 6:00 p.m. The options we wanted were not available on a car on the lot or in the Chicago area. Dave searched three states, did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress, and located a vehicle with no extra charge to us within a few days. We came back to pick up the car and traded for a second car just as quickly on the second visit. Dave did a great job from start to finish. We would also like to recognize the business manager, Sherri Pacchiano, who was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and handled the purchase very efficiently.
