I worked with Sales Consultant Kris Kosinski, Business Manager Sherri Pacchiano and Aftermarket Sales Specialist Diajhea Mallard. As soon as I walked in the door for my appointment I was greeted by Kris K. He pulled up my information and took me directly to the car that had been emailed to me for the price that was emailed to me. It was all pretty straight forward no b.s. bait and switch like some car dealers do. Kris came off as honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Sherri P. came off as personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Diajhea M. came off as friendly, laid-back, knowledgeable, and personable. As a matter of fact most of the staff at Toyota Naperville was pretty friendly. Most of them did speak, made eye contact, and asked if I needed anything to drink even though they were not working with me. Kris and Sherri both continually gave me updates throughout the process. It has only been a couple days since the purchase but so far I am very happy with my car. If all continues well then my next purchase or lease will be with Toyota of Naperville More
