Prior to coming into ToN I wanted to test drive a Toyota at another dealership but the email that I received from the dealer was very lackluster that I feel like he doesn't care whether I come in or not. The customer service person I talked to at ToN made an appointment for me to see Justin within the hour so I was not wasting my time and ToN have more than one car within the price range and model that I was looking for.
