Pleasant buying experience We went through the Costco auto buying program and Toyota of Naperville was assigned as the dealer to us. After making an appointment, we went to the dealership and was greeted by Jose. He was very courteous and based on our preferences quickly identified the model for us. He didn't try to sell us the options we didn't ask for. We went through the paper work quickly and he helped us receive the college graduate rebate. We had asked to install the roof rack cross bars when we decided the car, but when we came to the store to pick up the car, they weren't installed and we were told a separate appointment a week later is needed but to our surprise when we were about to leave the store, the bars were installed! Very responsive. Gary from the Finance was also very helpful in going through the finance process and identifying the proper warrantee program we would need. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. More

the best dealership I normally do not write reviews Justin Buck provided exceptional service I truly believe anyone that has had a bad experience in the car buying proce I normally do not write reviews Justin Buck provided exceptional service I truly believe anyone that has had a bad experience in the car buying process should come see him So some background information We started our search at Webb chevy in Plainfield and we were treated horrible the sales manager treated my girlfriend like she would not be able to purchase a car because she refused to do a credit app and after that the poorly trained salesman brought up a crashed chevy Cruze (that had no accidents and one owner) aafter that we went to world Kia to purchase a different chevy cruze and the manager basically told us a vehicle that had obvious damage had been in no accidents and would be sold for 18000 and they could not take a penny off so they inflated the numbers on the quote so we left that dealership and my girlfriend was upset and did not want to go look For a car again So after a week I convinced my girlfriend to start looking for a new car again. so we went into Toyota of Naperville to check out a corolla and a Camry and we met Justin. He did not pressure my girlfriend to run credit right off the bat So we found a Corolla that she liked and we were able to talk about pricing and get a transparent quote And after 30 mins we were able to leave with a new 2017 Corolla More
