Scott helped us with the purchase of a certified 2013 Highlander in 2016, and after an unfortunate accident, we returned to Toyota of Naperville in 2017 and again requested to work with Scott because of the exceptional service he provided to us with our first purchase. We were looking to purchase the same year and model of our prior Highlander and he and Dan searched the country to locate and purchase the same model car we were looking for which was no easy task. Scott was great at keeping in touch with us during the "search" as well as after the purchase; always willing to answer any questions or direct us to the proper Toyota staff who could help us. The entire staff at Toyota of Naperville from our salesman to the finance department to the service department could not have been nicer or more helpful in making what might normally be considered a stressful purchase process to a pleasant and stress free experience.
