Best experience I've ever had buying a Toyota. This is by far the most professional, courteous, and stress free environment to buy a new car. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot and seen there enormous inventory of Toyota cars and trucks, to the time we walked through the front door and were greeted by salesmen and women lined up to serve us. I knew this dealership was something special. Luckily, I dealt with Elizabeth Elkerton. I had went to 5 dealerships that weekend before meeting Elizabeth, she was hands down the most knowledgeable and informative about the Toyota Tundra. I'm so tired of salesman not knowing anything about the vehicle other than the price. To sum it all up, it was the best experience I've ever had buying a Toyota (And this was my fifth new Toyota). I wish I had bought all my previous Toyota's from here. One thing I know is were I will buy my next, Toyota Of Naperville. Excellent experience from start to finish. I brought my two kids (ages 11 and 7) with me yesterday (husband was working) to test drive and ultimately purchase our new, certified used 2013 Toyot I brought my two kids (ages 11 and 7) with me yesterday (husband was working) to test drive and ultimately purchase our new, certified used 2013 Toyota Venza. Dwight Nash took excellent care of us and made the process stress-free, enjoyable and memorable. Dwight was very knowledgeable about the Venza and Toyotas in general. He was very patient and generous with his time. A highlight for all of us was the drive on the test track at the dealership. This was my first car-buying experience on my own, and we drove away excited about our purchase. Most important, I felt I made an informed decision about the right vehicle for our family. Dwight answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service - including arranging a shuttle to take my kids and me to lunch while we waited for a key to be made and even providing new adhesive strips to transfer my I-Pass. Also very helpful to us were Kristen Greco, who was our contact from Internet sales and stopped by to introduce herself, and Alain Vilma, who took us through the financing process. Although I could have arranged a sitter for the day, I brought my kids with me, because I wanted them to have that experience as I did with my parents and to hopefully learn a little from the process. It was all of that and more and what customer service should be: stress free, pressure free and all about the customer's needs. I would highly recommend Dwight, Kristen, Alain and the team at Toyota of Naperville for an excellent and fair experience. I'll be spreading the word. More
