The reason we did not buy on our first visit to your dealer was the high (Toyota, Kia and Ford) prices. And the exceeding mileage on Used /Pre-owned Vehicles ranging from 2010 through 2015 was also deterrent factor on our decision. We are ready to buy the appropriate car. Yet we continue looking for the right price with the necessary utilities and selective features, as well as the car's durability, quality and corresponding mileage at the appropriate warranty. The atmosphere is laid-back and no one tries to pressure you in to anything. Jeff Calhoun was our salesman and I can not say enough about how easy he made the buying process. We walked out with a 2014 Prius at a great price and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely fun to work with. All other employees were great as well. Overall great selection and pricing but the employees and how they treat you are the main reason I would recommend this dealership. More

Toyota of Naperville- Unexpectedly pleasant Today, I purchased a new 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Toyota of Naperville.. I traded in my 2008 Highlander. Seven years ago, I purchased my Highl Today, I purchased a new 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Toyota of Naperville.. I traded in my 2008 Highlander. Seven years ago, I purchased my Highlander from St Charles Toyota. It was a very combative experience with lots of high pressure sales tactics. They really stuck it to me. Their service department operated more like a sales force, with the same high pressure tactics. This past year, I decided I wanted a new car. However, I kept putting off my purchase because I dreaded this previous experience. I had been doing my research for several weeks online, but was not really thrilled by anything I found. Then, I went to Toyota of Naperville's site and found an Avalon Hybrid priced very reasonably. In fact, it was much lower than anything else in the area. More importantly, it had all the features I wanted and it did not have a lot of very expensive features I did not want or need. I then called the dealership and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, the manager greeted me, introduced himself, and introduced me to Dave Zidlicky, the sales associate who would be helping me. Dave was very friendly, informative, and professional. He answered all of my questions and set up a very thorough test-drive so I could get a good feel for the vehicle. After I decided this was the car I wanted, we went inside to make the deal. We then proceeded to discuss the trade-in value of my Highlander. We looked at various trade-in valuations online, went through the expected offer/counter-offer routine, and then arrived at a price I felt was very fair. During this process, Dave and the rest of the staff handled themselves very professionally. I could tell they were trying to reach a deal that would be pleasant for both sides. There was none of the verbal combat that I had experienced in previous car purchases. After reaching the deal, I went through the usual document-fest with the business manager. I listened to their sales pitches for the extended warranty and other after-market products. However, once I declined these purchases, there was no additional pressure on me to change my mind. I appreciated that they accepted my "No" and did not resort to additional pressure. I also wrote a check to pay for my car and I appreciate that they didn't try to pressure me to finance my deal. My visit ended with Dave being very helpful in connecting me with my insurance company to help me straighten out those details. He also helped me clean out my Highlander and settle into my new Avalon. He also showed me how to use many of the features in the car. In closing, I am very respectful of Dave's overall professionalism and the quality of this dealership. I received a vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. This dealership is much more friendly, price competitive, and professional than St Charles Toyota. I would recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone looking to make new car purchase. More
