We bought a Sienna from this dealership in 2009. We have had excellent service since this purchase. Because of the great service I wanted to buy again. I had looked at other dealerships. After that first visit I sent a follow up e mail with more features that I was looking to consider. I set up a scheduled follow up appt with Brian. The morning of our appt. Brian had already lined us up with another car that offered all the features I was wanting. The car was in excellent condition and we were able to look at the entire service record which was perfectly serviced. In addition the car was certified. I didn't plan on buying on visit two but the deal, including the price, was too good to pass. I will continue to buy and have vehicle service at this dealership More
