Headaches but they made it right in the end. Spoke with Shannon several times regarding a "new" car of theirs. I had gotten a quote over the Internet and called her a few times to verify all the Spoke with Shannon several times regarding a "new" car of theirs. I had gotten a quote over the Internet and called her a few times to verify all the details as the dealership is 3 hours from my house. She verified that the odometer reading was 2 miles. There was another car identical in every way except the type of floor mats. Somehow the quote on that one was $375 higher. I asked why? Are you sure that the cheaper one wasn't a demo or loaner or something? She assured me that no, it was just the floor mats that were different but BOTH cars only had 1-2 miles on them. I paid a deposit on the lower priced car to hold it until I could come purchase it the next day. I took her suggestion and even made an appointment to deal with a sales manager the following day to expedite things. She said he or she would have all of our info and that it should be a fast process. I showed up on time but the receptionist had no record of any appointment and just called over a salesman to help us. We had to explain everything to him. He was rude. He had to track down which car we had paid the deposit on. Finally, he brought the car we'd paid the deposit on out for us to test drive. We drove it, liked it and were ready to buy at our previously agreed upon price. As we were signing papers we noticed the mileage was actually almost 500 miles! Turns out this car was a loaner for the Big 10 Tournament. They offered us nothing! Not even an apology. The dealership was getting ready to close, we'd come all this way, needed a new car so we bought it. Shannon was gone for the night but I left her several messages. She has not returned any of them to offer an apology or any sort of compensation for her lie. I will be filing my complaint with Toyota Corporate. Update...when her manager,Tom Gregg, found out all we'd been through he immediately called and apologized for our troubles. He was professional and very kind. He offered us fair compensation. While I would never want to buy a car via Shannon again, I would return to this dealership because they have competitive pricing, a huge inventory and in the end they (at least the management) want to make their customers happy. More

I was looking for a car for my daughter and so also test drove a used car that Toyota had. Again Sam was great and answered all my questions. Two weeks later I decided to lease a Camry because I feel Toyota makes a good car and this dealership was not into high pressure sales. Sam was patient and understanding. Toyota of Naperville was great. All the paperwork was done and before I knew it the keys were in my hand And Sam even programmed my Bluetooth! Great job Toyota of Naperville! I love my Camry! More

Excellent Purchasing Experience Before my visit to your dealership, I bought another new vehicle from a dealer the previous month. When all was said and done, I was very comfortable with my purchase price, the negotiations and the fact I new much more about the vehicle and after market selections that I made. This was an extremely different from my experience with the other dealership. Had there been any high pressure sales during any portion of the negotiations I would have walked out the door. Instead of pressure, both Tom and Jessica gave me a great insight into what I was purchasing and made recommendations based on my preferences. The whole process and the people involved made buying the Tundra more of a pleasure than something I've dreaded so much in the past. You've made me a return customer for sure.
