My husband and I arrived at the dealership intending to buy a used car. Mike Beck spent time with us listening to our needs and what we hoped to pay for a reliable used car. Mike ran from one end of the lot to the other trying to find a car that suited us, We spent hours at the dealership that day with Mike. He never gave up trying to find a car that would suit our needs, After hours of looking at every used car on the lot and driving several, we switched gears on Mike and started looking at new cars. Mike remained patient and helpful. We are now happy, satisfied owners of a 2013 Toyota Corolla!!! Mike was not finished with us after we signed the loan papers. He met with us early the next morning when we picked up the car. Neither my husband or I are very "techy". Just like the day before, Mike was patient and helpful while he explained all the electronic features of our new car. Mike also called a few days after the sale to see how we liked our new car since we brought it home. Mike is now on the lookout for the used care we came in to buy that day. It looks like we will be a 4 car family when Mike finds the used car that is right for us! Mark Witt also helped us make the decision to buy our new car. Mark made himself available to answer questions we had in regards to used vs new during the time we were at the dealership. His guidance and opinion was very valuable and much appreciated. More

I walked in on a Friday afternoon with an intention of trading in my old camry and buying a new one. Upon entering the dealership I was greated by Matt who asked me what I was looking for. Matt asked me trading in my old camry and buying a new one. Upon entering the dealership I was greated by Matt who asked me what I was looking for. Matt asked me the specific options I was looking for, both "must haves" as well as "ideals". Based on a brief conversation we determined that the car would be another camry, either the XLE or SE. We first looked at the XLE but I did not like the light interior so we immediately went to the SE. We took the car for a test drive during which Matt talked about how the camry had changed over time. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and we discussed where I wanted the payments to be. Matt worked quickly with his manager and we came to a great price on the car. After the paperwork was completed, Matt spent quite a bit of time with me after the dealership was closed walking me through the various components of my new car and assisted with tranferring all my stuff from the old car to the new. After the deal was finalized, Matt reached out on several occassions to see if I was satisfied and if I had any questions. All in all this was a great experience and a smooth process. I would highly recommend Toyota of Naperville, both for purchase and service, based upon my experience over the year. More

The first person I talked to was Thea, over the phone, and she was able to give me a price based on what I had seen on the internet. then I worked with Nadeem once I went to the dealership. I wasn't sure which size car I was interested in, but Nadeem was extremely helpful in explaining differences between the cars, as well as informing me of the various advantages of buying a Toyota.hybrid vs another brand. He was also very helpful once we came back and had made the decision to purchase the car. He spent a lot of time making sure that I understood how things worked on the car, even setting up my smart phone for various apps. It seemed like the "paperwork" time took too long, but I guess that's the way it is. John Roncone was great in explaining the benefits of the different warranties and we ended up purchasing an extension. I do feel that we might have gotten a better price somewhere else, since I've been getting numerous phone calls about reductions on cars we inquired about. I wish and felt that Mike could have done a little better, especially since another similar car was listed for $500 more but both had the same negotiated price. Since my son had taken my car to school, I was in a hurry to get another one, but In the future will probably take more time and shop around more. More
