my experience with toyota of naperville was excellent thanks to help from Kris Kosinski. he was excellent from the moment that he approached us when we walked into the doors. He didnt put any pressure on us when negotiating the price of the vehicle he said it was all up to us and that he would try to his best to get as close to the price we wanted to pay as possible. once we purchased the car Kris introduced me to Push Singh who then explained all of our technology features as good as possible. the worst part of the whole experience with toyota was dealing with the business manager Suha Oner! The whole time we were trying to fill out paperwork he was constantly on his telephone or talking to someone else that walked into the room without excusing himself from our conversation. He did not explain any of the papers that we were signing which was something that i thought was the most important thing he was supposed to do. at the end of dealing with Suha he started a new conversation with someone that walked by in the hallway without thanking me or reaching his hand out to congratulate me on my new purchase which i thought was very disrespectful on his behalf.
