We had a very pleasant car buying experience. From the phone call with your internet person Sara to the final paperwork with John. We must say our salesperson David went above and beyond. We laughed, negotiated and both parties walked away feeling pretty good. We did not feel pressured to purchase David gave us reasons why the vehicle we were looking at was not just a good buy but the best purchase we could make in our price range. He also pointed out things that were a plus on our vehicle that we had not noticed and or thought about and we thought we had did a really good job researching before we got there. He knew his product. We had bought from this dealership before and hope to do so again in the furture, after dealing with David and his team I know why I came back. More
Both Chris Davis and Russ Harris were fabulous to deal with. They were very patient and answered all questions and allowed us to test drive multiple times. This is our 4th Toyota new car. We also own a Lexus RX300 (bought at Naperville Lexus) and second new Toyota at Naperville Toyota dealership. Other two were bought in Long Island NY., when we lived there before moving to Naperville. This year we had considered very strongly to purchase a new Honda Accord EX-L with Nav, and so we took our time to test drive it and also Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. In the end it was no contest and we finally settled with another Toyota new car instead of Honda. After we made the decision to purchase Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid, we went to couple other Toyota dealerships to get a better price for the new car. In the end it was Chris Davis and Russel Harris team that won it hands down with their friendly, honest and no gimmick, no pressure approach. They were easily accessible at any time which made our task of getting information easy. More

I would like to say I was very pleased with this dealership. It had a huge selection of new and used vehicles, lots of amernities, friendly staff and was clean and well kept. Our salesman, Nadeem, dealership. It had a huge selection of new and used vehicles, lots of amernities, friendly staff and was clean and well kept. Our salesman, Nadeem, was very knowledgeable and willing to help us pick out just the right car for us. I like their no-haggle system, and they did address concerns that we had with a few items we felt were not up to what we felt they should be with the car. Carolina and Eren went over the protection packages that were available to us to keep the car looking it's best. Although we did not choose to buy any of these, they answered all our questions and we did not feel pressured but knowledgeable about what these products would help prevent in the future. Although Carolina is new to the dealership and still in training, we feel she will be a great addition. She seemed like she knew the products and was very helpful. John was great at helping us through the credit process and explaining the financial products available. We never felt pressured, which is a good thing, because nothing would have made us turn and walk out faster. I do have one suggestion for the dealership. My husband went to see the car first and then I went back with him the next two times. We had already established a relationship with Nadeem over the phone. I do feel that it would be better to have just the people at the desk as you walk ask your needs. It did feel like there were too many people vying for your attention. I do understand the car sales are commission-based, but you only make a first impression once. More
