The extended warranty that this dealership sells is Horrible!, I purchased the premium coverage, and of the 7 items that needed to be replaced, only 1 was covered, the others were denied! Secondly, it Horrible!, I purchased the premium coverage, and of the 7 items that needed to be replaced, only 1 was covered, the others were denied! Secondly, it took almost two weeks for the extended warranty inspector to go by to look, and so I was with out a car for two weeks. The service guys expressed his frustration about the extended warranty approval of replacing some of the parts, then calling back two days later and denying it, What the xxxx! So I don't down the service dept., but feel that they could of done more with the SCAM of the extended warranty they sell! More

The purchase of the truck was very smooth. Very much enjoyed dealing with salesperson Mike. Came in today 3-8 because the phone charger quit working. I was told I had to go to service. I did Very much enjoyed dealing with salesperson Mike. Came in today 3-8 because the phone charger quit working. I was told I had to go to service. I did so but they were all booked up. So I have to schedule an appointment and come back for something that should be working to begin with. Kinda disappointed. We will see how the appointment and fix go- J R More
