Since they are getting ready to delete my previous review because it mentions going somewhere else, …and it won’t let me “edit it to keep it posted” here I am. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired because it mentions going somewhere else, …and it won’t let me “edit it to keep it posted” here I am. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Literally 15 employees walking or standing around upon arrival and not one of them acknowledging our presence ...it was kinda weird to be honest. Happens both times on drop off and pick up. Found 4500 in suspension work that was covered by warranty one day, then 4 days later decided it wasn't covered. Not sure how that’s a thing and never got an explanation as to why. 2019 Certified Used Tundra, pavement queen has suspension issues? And not covered? Hmm Red flag. Gave me a loaner car with broken windshield and dirty. The entire experience was not very good. More
