Kevin got me in and out of there in less than two hours - I think it may have only been a little over an hour. I was not keeping track of the time, because my experience at other Toyota dealerships is the service adviser gave you his best guess, but more often that not it was too optimistic. Kevin said he would get me finished and on my way in around an hour and one half. All my experiences at Maund Toyota have been top notch. More

Dead battery. Fernando in the service department was so great. 15,000 mile checkup I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotat I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotated and updated my service contract to 36 months. I had to wait less than 1 hour and he took me to the checkout counter and then walked me to my truck when I was finished. I really appreciated the personal touch! Thank you Jerry! More

6 month checkup I was promptly met in the driveway. I was directed to a waiting room. I had control of the TV remote and saw the program I wanted. When it was over I was promptly met in the driveway. Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm. Definitely will be asking for him on every visit. More
