I was not keeping track of the time, because my experience at other Toyota dealerships is the service adviser gave you his best guess, but more often that not it was too optimistic. Kevin said he would get me finished and on my way in around an hour and one half. All my experiences at Maund Toyota have been top notch. More

15,000 mile checkup I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm. Definitely will be asking for him on every visit. More
