Car service was good took about an hour, customer service was definitely lacking. The first person who checked me in confirmed my appointment and showed me on her iPad. Then my advisor Rafael was trying to say I didn’t have one, but he would get me squared away. lol okay. Asked for a car wash, but it was broken. Asked for shuttle service, but it was unavailable. He wasn’t really apologetic, not that I needed one but he did say” Saturday’s are the worst days to come” so it’s my fault for coming in on a Saturday? I work during the week. I was understanding with the fact the I wouldn’t get a car wash or shuttle, but I don’t need to be treated like an annoyance. This was my second visit and probably my last, first time was way better. More

My vehicles are well taken care of, and for the work done, very fairly priced, which is rare in this industry, especially during these economically difficult times. This Service Department keeps a close eye on the overall wellness of my two vehicles, and because of that, there are no major issues with either one, and a clean bill of health. What more can a customer ask for?! I had a 7 am appointment and got there early. I was warned that they were short staffed and my service might run late and to please be patient. I was pleasantly surprised that my service only took an hour and forty five minutes for a lube and tire rotation . The wait was not that bad as I had mentally prepared for it. The service tech was as very nice and understanding. More
I had a really great experience working with Phillip at Toyota of North Austin. My only piece of constructive feedback would be for the service operator to let me know what a 4:30pm appointment meant -- the mechanics go home at 5pm, but the hours online say Toyota is open until 7pm. This is misleading. There wasn't have been enough time for my tail light to be looked at at 4:30pm (and I couldn't just leave my car overnight), so I had to make a second trip to the dealership the following morning for my car to be serviced. The first trip could have been avoided if the operator had been more clear about what I could expect from the service department with a 4:30pm appointment. More
No quality control. Air conditioning system was sanitized and new filter was installed. My glove box was either broken or not reinstalled correctly. It is unhinged on one side and hanging by one hinge. I have left a message for my service advisor and am waiting for his call. Likely a simple fix, but involves another visit, 40 miles round trip, and more of my time in a busy week. I am not a happy nor satisfied customer. More
