I went in for my 5000 mile maintenance that I had scheduled for 130p on Tuesday, Nov 7, 2023. I decided to go earlier at about 10am. I was surprised it was finished early! When I was driving home the message I kept getting kept repeating that I needed to see a dealership for my 5000 mile maintenance that I had done previously that morning. A friend of mine decided to call Rockwall Toyota service to find out how to update the message. He ended up speaking with Kasey in the service department. She very kindly asked him if he could use he cell phone to let her see the message on the information screen. Kasey walked him through the steps to update the message & did it concisely. I was impressed with her expertise & knowledge on how she knew how to correct the message. I was impressed of her sincerity to help correct my problem. I found her to be an asset to your dealership !! Kudos to Kasey for her knowledge & professionalism. More

When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just cosmetic and optional. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly.
