Our experience was quite interesting. I hope management actually reads this. Found a car I liked online and started an inquiry. Daniel Molina reached out to me and we scheduled an appointment for the same day. So far, he had been great. Then, when I got to the dealership, he was with another client and Vanessa helped me. She showed me the car, we drove around, and she was absolutely amazing. Daniel took over afterwards and after reading the price breakdown, the dealership was trying to make me buy a Green Light Bundle package which I was not interested in. Daniel was pretty much saying I had no other option but to buy it. That's ridiculous. He went back and fourth with the manager saying they could not remove the almost $4,000 package because the car was coming with all those features in the package and they had the package installed to sell the car. I read the CarFax and it was RIGHT THERE that all those features had been installed when the car was brand new and before the first owner even bought it. Which means, they had sold that package to the first owner and were trying to sell it to me again. Daniel was so freaking pushy about it... I didn't care about the package or what it offered. I didn't need it and I wasn't going to pay 4 grand for it. Daniel started to get irritated, and so did we. Even after going back and forth 4 times with the manager he still tried to make us buy it. I about to walk out and go to another dealership, seriously!!! Then Vanessa showed up and saw how irritated we were with Daniel and took over. She asked if they removed the package we'd buy the car and I said YES!!! That's all we've been asking for for the past hour!!! Vanessa talked to management and the package was removed. Daniel never showed up anymore, he literally disappeared. Vanessa finished all the paperwork with us until and made sure we were satisfied and done with everything. She was exceptional, not because she got us the package removed, but because her attitude was very professional and she is very caring. During the finance part, Scott was amazing too and very professional. I do want to point it out that the online price advertised was "Green Light Bundle Price $xx,xxx" That's a false advertisement as the price did not include the package. Management needs to fix this as it is misleading information. I understand the dealership wants to make money, but to lie to customers is just unacceptable. More
