Service advisor Sam did not listen to my concerns nor were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I was just told that the 60,000 mile service was the best price even though it was over $300 yet were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I was just told that the 60,000 mile service was the best price even though it was over $300 yet they did not fix my bumper that was loose. I have never had such a horrible experience like this where my concerns were just brushed aside and ignored so I will never come back to Toyota rockwall for any services or sales and will also not recommend this place to the people I know. More

Quoted oil change price when arriving at the dealership after advisor noted all vehicle information. However, price was increased for additional oil and parts at checkout. Those additional costs should have been in the original quote. I may have made a different decision if I would have known the ending price. Seems like bait and switch. More
