Text messages instead of face to face customer service is not my favorite. Both Aaron, my sales associate and Oscar the finance manager were very courteous and professional. Very customer friendly… service was good and prompt. Missed oil change date for hybrid. Was not clear on mikes. We actually did not miss it but to do later at the correct mileage. No accountability or responsibility for their actions. Horrible customer service, incredibly slow. Service Director was supposed to call me at 7:00 am, I had to call the dealership at 10:30 because there was no call. Service advisor is incredibly arrogant and was getting confrontational on a conference call. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. Service center is unwilling to provide any concessions for the horrible service experience and unwilling to accept any mistakes that were made. I will never use this dealership again from a Service or Sales standpoint. More
