Trouble experience, Dropped my truck for 10K maintenance in the morning. Around 1 pm I got a call my truck is ready. I went to pick up my truck washer fluid light still on. They said they rotated the tires in the morning. Around 1 pm I got a call my truck is ready. I went to pick up my truck washer fluid light still on. They said they rotated the tires they never did same PSI from the point I dropped the truck till pick up. Not sure why they remove the positive battery cable, left loose I was driving my truck lost power twice saw some sparks. Stopped on the side in I-30 saw the cable left loose. Air filter never been touched. I called the service manager he made so much excuses I just told him don’t even worry you won’t see me ever again. I reviewed my service sheet nothing has been filled out every thing left blank. The service manager didn’t even offer to bring the truck back lets us look at and top off all the fluid he just said I apologize. He also said I have all the documents but at the moment I can’t review it. After little bit of talking he said oh I have all the info which he read all the info to me none of the info he had was correct. The very next day I revive a courtesy call again for them and I have to repeat my self Once again I was told This info will be sent to the higher manager asap it has been 4 days now have not hear from them I am almost sure they will after this review but I am not changing my mind I will report them to even BBB soon won’t stop till this people learn that we work so HARD to own a nice car we don’t deserve have a car with out oil been replaced and we are thinking it is. If you love your ride STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
