The guy told me multiple times everything is covered for the warranty period except tires, battery and brakes and I don't have to pay anything, just bring the car to any dealership. And for the extended service he just told me that every service is covered until 75,000 miles but he did not mention there's a 5-year time limit. I will say be careful about the finance department they'll try to rush you through the paperwork and sell you stuff without telling you all the conditions. More

Went in for my routine service check. They were prompt, explained what they were doing and how long it would take. The reason is quite simple. I received my car unwashed. Since 2007 I have regularly maintained my Toyotas (already three of them) at various Toyota dealerships, and I have been always receiving from all dealerships, including Toyota of Rockwall, clean cars after scheduled maintenance. I am sorry to say that you have lowered your standards. It would be nice if you restored them. Suggestion: there is missing option N/A in the section "Could You Say a Little More". For example, none of items in "explanation of cost of service" option was proper for me. I paid for the maintenance in advance. More
