Very professional environment i. e. on time, efficient, respectful, great attitude by all the Staff, already had my vehicle's history pulled up when I arrived. Called me while my vehicle was being serviced, to ask me if I had any additional questions / issues that might still have or had forgotten to tell the Service personnel -- and asked if I needed a ride back to the Dealership. I have owned Toyota vehicles for decades -- I have never received the quality of service that I am receiving at Toyota, Rockwall. Wow! Congratulations to all the Staff! More
