This dealership has always given me the best service. I was supposed to be there for service today but I came in a day sooner and they didn't even mention it. They took care of my car anyway. Now my Prius was supposed to be there for service today but I came in a day sooner and they didn't even mention it. They took care of my car anyway. Now my Prius is running like a top again. My thanks to the dealership for getting it back to prime running condition. Yep 50 miles per gallon no problem! I highly recommend this dealership for any of your service needs. More

Ivan greeted me when I brought my Prius in for service and though I would not be a customer he said I still deserved five star service and escorted me to the service area. At that time he said what year i and though I would not be a customer he said I still deserved five star service and escorted me to the service area. At that time he said what year is your Prius and I told him and he said you deserve a new car. I laughed and we went our separate ways. Turns out my Prius was was fatally flawed and had to be replaced. Ivan worked with me by phone and in three hours I drove my new pre-owned car to work! Awesome!! More

The sales experience was great, but my experience with the Finance dept has been ridiculous at best. Very deceptive warranty practices and zero follow-up. The car salesman was very helpful. Always answers truthfully and did his best to make sure everything was up to his standards. Whenever we ran into an issue, he always found a way to help us. The person who help us do the paperwork, on the other hand was not very helpful. I’m fact, he tried to trick us into paying more than necessary. Overall, this was a good dealership. More
